Top 5 Scratch & Sniff Stickers
We all love scratch and sniff stickers it seems! But there are some that are a little more loved than others. When I started including scratch and sniff stickers in our monthly subscription boxes I couldn’t have imagine that I would be selling just as many of them each month separately through our online stationery store.
By far the most popular way to buy them seems to be in the scratch and sniff sticker MEGA bundle that I put together (and it’s the most economical too 😊) but that doesn’t stop people wanting to browse the individual scratch & sniff stickers like the delicious confectionary aisles of a specialty lollie shop.
After a year I thought it would be fun to see which scents are the most popular and put down my own thoughts on why I love these flavours too.
#5 Watermelon Scratch & Sniff Stickers
Coming in at number five is a favourite of mine, that summer-y treat, perfect on a warm day – watermelon! These stickers are a pretty delicious version of the real thing and, like most Dr Stinky stickers, very potent smelling.
#4 Jelly Bean Scratch & Sniff Stickers
Number four is that scrummy treat that you don’t seem to have as many of when you get older but wonder why you don’t when you finally have them – jelly beans! I am personally not a huge fan of these not because they don’t smell delicious, I just have others I like better. But that doesn’t mean others don’t love them, they did come in at the 4th most popular scent after all.
#3 Bubblegum Scratch & Sniff Stickers
Number three is a school yard favourite. How do you hide your bubblegum from your teachers? Stock up on bubblegum scratch and sniff stickers! All the yummy smell without detention … okay I know they won’t really replace the real thing but Dr Stinky has done a great job creating these delectable smelling stickers.
#2 Coconut Scratch & Sniff Stickers
One of my all time favourite treats is chocolate rough. There is something special about the mixing of chocolate and coconut 🤤 … Anyways, it’s no surprise that these wonderful smelling stickers are the second most popular scratch and sniff sticker in the store. I wonder if you could match them up with the pineapple scratch and sniff stickers to make a Piña colada.
#1 Cupcake Scratch & Sniff Stickers
I think it’s clear that people love cupcakes and they love cupcake scented scratch and sniffs too it would seem.
When my family and I lived in Nashville, TN I used to bake a lot of cupcakes. In fact I calculated that I had made and baked 200,000 of them! 😮 They weren’t all for me or my family and friends of course, I worked as head baker at a cupcake shop. Even though I’ve made my fair share I still love to whip out a batch of moist chocolate or vanilla Italian wedding cake cupcakes when I need them. One day I might even open a boutique cupcakery myself …
New Scents To Challenge The Top 5
Well there you have it – the top 5 favourite scratch and sniff sticker scents, for now.
I have been busy finding some more interesting and tasty smells (I actually received them yesterday) so we’ll have to see if the new scents bump off any of the prevailing top five champions. But don’t let popularity dictate your choice, go and take a look at all of them and decide for yourself! Who knows maybe your favourite scratch and sniff sticker might be wet dog scented …
